$30.00 - you have your own horse/pony
$40.00 - using our lesson pony/horse & tack

Lessons are either private or semi-private, cost is the same.
45-60 minutes in length.

Nell is available to accomodate day-time lessons as well as after school & weekend lessons when we are not showing.
**If needed, lessons can be customized to cater to your individual needs with flexible prices.
(we have the best ponies that can cater to the nervous/intimidated child that may have special needs too)

Special "Kiddie-Lessons" for ages 6 & under (pony provided)
This lesson package has gone over very well with our ever popular "Artie" & "Fancy". Your child will be very excited & gain much confidence around ponies with this intro. Perfect for timid small children that love ponies but are cautious/nervous.

30 minutes of private instruction with a small kind pony to learn proper handling & riding ponies. Perfect for complete beginners in a safe/controlled environment.
Great introduction for little ones!!!!! Require: a proper fitting helmet and heeled footwear & are available if needed.

Nell has her current Standard First Aid With CPR.
Nell has her "Respect in Sport/speak-out" certification.

Nell has 2 young children of her own & understands the need for a safe environment on every level.

With years of experience including showing & officiating she offers lessons for any level of riding with emphasis on equitation, hunter/jumper.

Showing:

Showing is offered at CSP Stables for our students with their own horses, & without if possible.

However for students without their own horse, they must be in a lease arrangement. If a student wishes to participate in hunter/jumper showing, they must commit to a minimum Monthly Package of bi-weekly lessons, of which one will consist of a flat lesson, and the other a jumping lesson. Does not guarantee a pony/horse will be available. Opportunity to show is available for advanced students that would like to bring along the sale/green ponies.

We take pride in our students representing CSP Stables at horse shows. It's important, as in any sport, to practice on a consistent basis, to train and strengthen muscles, and continue to learn riding skills and techniques. The equestrian sport takes dedication and discipline for each student to become an effective and successful rider. Our ponies/horses depend on us to give them guidance & support too.

Showing Costs:

Trainer fee- $20.00 per person/per day (applies to all showing, except leadline)

Lesson students using our pony- $20.00 per person
(does not apply to leasers)

Loading/Trailering fee is always divied up & applies to all: $10.00 & up

*Riders are expected to help preload for show & unload after show of all our belongings.

**Please note: Everyone showing will be getting a bill in regards to how much work is required to get their ponies "show-ready". Showing is about presenting both horse & rider in a professional manner.

OUR LEASE PROGRAM:

We tried our leasing program last year, and although successful, it was not a true reality of how much it costs to own a horse & the time/money/commitment involved. We may continue this at a later time to our dedicated students that request, with an understand that leasing is truly a wonderful opportunity to have your own horse but is still a commitment just the same.
